The Microsoft AppLocale Utility
Ever heard of Microsoft's AppLocale? I just recently realized that there is such an option that allows me to run legacy applications without changing my system's locale.
Some applications even shipped today are not built in unicode release. One example is the QQ. This little tool should solve that problem.
