Enabled MP4 support in VirtualDub

This seems to work well in 32-bit build. After the installation of VirtualDub, need to install Haali media splitter and associate all file types with it. Probably need to have basic codec packaged installed too. Then search and install "DirectShow input driver".

The plug-in needs to be placed in the plugin folder. Then when using VirtualDub program, choose open video and then select DirectShow input driver from file type list box, and then choose video files.
